I will defer to others to comment on your log. However, to run 11.0 @129 in 95 degree heat and 3500 DA with a fully equipped 401a car and stock Roush tune is damn good.

I don't know much about the numbers provided... Is it good? Bad?
129 at that heat and elevation isn't bad, so don't take this the wrong way.

Here's my take on the log, worth every penny you paid for it:

IAT2/MCT is HOT and it's hurting everything else.

When it hits around 160 the throttle starts closing, which is the LSPI load limit kicking in. This happens at 100 mph on that log. The way the load limit works is full torque is allowed up to 150 deg MCT. Between 150 and 160, it ramps the limit down to 1.5-1.6. IIRC these Roush cars run a load around 1.8 at WOT, so it doesn't just kill the power but it does reduce it. By 180 MCT, the load is limited to 0.8-1.0, so by this time you're literally making less power than stock.

The calibration is reducing Borderline Knock [initial commanded] timing by 9 deg at an IAT2 of 150. At 160 it's reducing it by 11 deg. This amount of timing reduction is killing the power. Your octane booster is working. The tune can add up to 3 deg spark advance if no knock is sensed and it appears to be doing so. I don't know why the knock advance is dropping to zero in some of the frames and would need higher density data to understand what's happening there. I've heard as much as 20 hp is lost per deg of timing at these levels, so you do the math. Final timing is in the 12-15 deg range, which is low but to be expected at these charge temperatures.

I still have to wonder if a pusher fan or two would improve the situation, because idling in the staging lanes after a drive to the track really heats up the intercooler water circuit. Colder is better, but at 120 charge temp, it would be giving it full timing at least. I can understand why Roush is offering the XDI HPFP upgrade, which would allow a couple more deg of timing at any point along the way even with the heat.

Yikes. Did it happen on drag strip or street?

420, what would the actual octane be with your mix of 91 and boostane?

No idea :) I had about 7 gallons of gas and dropped in probably a 3rd a bottle. I didn't get technical.
