My advice is Bilstein B8's. I think these are the bang/buck champ. They provide better grip and response than stock when you're hustling an on-ramp or whatever and ride better than stock when on anything rough. I've always been impressed with Bilstein value in any car I've used them.
1000% :like: I had the B6 all around on my 2016 and it was absolutely great.

OP, honestly just start googling some of the terms these guys are throwing out. That will help you understand what you want vs what is out there. Are you just looking for a smooth ride? Want a track car? Just want a slight upgrade from factory? Everyone is going to have their opinions, some of them with a long history of tinkering with their cars. But if you don't know what you want first, then you will confuse yourself with all the info out there (ask me how I know lol).

But really all car suspension that only cost $200/corner is nothing to write home about. Once you get to $600+/corner you start to see nice parts.
I think this is probably fair. For that price point, though, my opinion is that Bilstein, as a company, has the processes and design capabilities in place that the others in the range can't really match. I also think the damping philosophy of Bilstein is superior. Adjustments are only an advantage if the valving itself is in the range which allows fine tuning and the damper design is good enough to produce real forces at small displacements. Many dampers can produce a graph which looks reasonable on a dyno, but they don't make anything even resembling those forces in actual use.

My car is a '15 also, so my suspension is similar to yours. I rebuilt my entire suspension and went with Steeda parts, including non-adjustable Pro-Action shocks and Sport Progressive springs. I suppose it depends on how you plan on using your car. My setup is good for every day driving and some spirited winding, back road driving. You can go all out if you're going to track race. Consider your budget also.

I have the progressive springs in the box, deciding if I should upgrade the OEM Shocks and Struts to Steeda Pro-Action NA? How is the ride, can you tell a difference between the stock dampers? Thanks
I can say without a single doubt, going to the ProAction Struts and Shocks will make a world of difference with the spring change. I went with the Steeda Dual Rates and held off installing them until the new struts and shocks arrived. I'm incredibly happy with my decision.
