Had the car Opti-coated on Friday!

Opti-Coat pro applied to the paintwork and wheel faces. Opti-Guard applied to the interior.

Windows tinted at darkest legal in Elite Black. Car looks amazing and really impressed with the results. Corey the business owner was also surprised at how good the finished product looks!

It's a bit dark in the photo's as it was late in the afternoon, but the car looks like liquid metal in full sun. Loving it!

I ordered the Corsa exhaust approx 6 weeks before the car arrived. But to be honest if I had heard and driven the stock V8, I would probably not have bothered with an exhaust change. Partially because it's not that cheap an upgrade, and there's no real performance benefit! Plus the V8 growl from inside the car with the stock system is actually quite nice.

Now that I have said that, do I regret it? HELL NO!

This exhaust sounds sublime. Even at rpm's up to 3k (normal driving) it sounds great. I am cautious of being too loud in my neighbourhood, so choose where & when do plant the right foot.

Do you know if they had to pull out the parcel shelf trim to tint the rear window? Just been looking at getting the tint done and have red in a few places that the rear window is a bit of a nightmare and the carpet on the parcel shelf may have to come out + some other trim to get to it.

Hi Gnome,

Discussed it with my installer. He had done another car already, but managed the back window ok without removing the parcel shelf.

He said it was a bit of a pain, but they are quite experienced with difficult windows.:cheers:

Gnome - No issues noted in regards to the install. The shop mentioned that they had done some research and they thought they might have to remove the parcel shelf but it wasn't required.

I would contact Byron from Tint a Car at Milton, he's a true professional with really high attention to detail.

I've used him for two previous vehicles - both of which had an absolutely flawless job done. A bunch of friends and acquaintances have used him also and had the same feedback.

I'm going to be seeing him asap after I take delivery.

Glad he sorted it out for you, I'm going in with mine sometime next week most likely. He's going to put red out on the tail lights also.

Looking forward to seeing the outcome with your taillights WILDB...I still cant come to grips with the clears...they are so 90's ricer. Everybody that I have showed pictures to of the mustang comment on how bad they look.

That'll be me. Was picking up my daughter from work at Bald Hills.

Still getting photos taken and Every time I take the car out.

I have a post on page 3 of this thread that has a few photos.
