Possibly, but there is no good way for me to measure that. I didn’t do the mod for more airflow. Someone also asked me how much weight savings this piece is over the OEM vent... it is definitely lighter, but you aren’t spending the kind of money this thing costs with a weight savings goal. This is a “sexy mod.”
