Purchasing an Extended Warranty

My ride arrives in the next 10 days and I'm evaluating extended warranties. What should I be taking into consideration? What made you decide to get one or not get an extended warranty?

Now its ur wish... and how much you are gonna mod. YOU know if u r heavy experienced modder warranty is shit for you..

Now if you are light modder and are gonna put stuff only by ford racing/Roush
ext warranty is good as these two brands do not violate.

And generally if you are planning to keep car for long buy it.

for some funny reason, Ford does not offer the Extension (standard warranty is 2 years) for 3 more years in Germany (in Austria on the other Hand the 3 year Extension is standard)
maybe they are afraid that we would let the Pony run on the autobahns and the Pony would die too soon...
