Mine have started to go a little bit. I emailed my dealer on Thursday & they replied on Friday to say that they will order the parts & let me know when they are in. I expected to have to take the car in to show them so can't complain.

The test is whether they do actually order it in!

I have already had an email today to confirm that they have one side in stock & should have the other tomorrow. Fingers crossed :)

Love how some dealers still think telling us they're 'out of stock' works  I need to fit my passanger side one as it's starting to go (the outside line for the mustangs back the lights extended past it, looks like a Mustang still, but a bit hit and miss on my ocd lol!)

I don't know why these keep going wrong. You'd think they would have fixed the problem by now. Just as well it isn't the headlights...

They're paper filters, so they disintegrate, looks (to me) like the cold gets to them worse than anything else... But really ford should make the housing 'impenetrable' or just the filament out of a more translucent plastic.

I wonder if any of the guys who specced AMG's to have these (puddle lamps), actually have the same issue?

Oh right, yes some enterprising plastic sticker company should just make a heat resistant cutout for the inside of the lens and that would be it.

Last year when I replaced mine for the first time they said Ford was making a revision to solve the issue... hopefully I get the revision this time around...

2 replaced on drivers side to date, you would think the other side would be on the blink too!

had mine 10 months and I'm only just starting to get an issue, and it could just be the pony being mispositioned somehow, it's hardly like others. Mines garaged/outdoors, battered with a jetwash 4-5 times a regular clean... Just stupid rubbish designs.

And no, they haven't got new versions, not that I've seen :/! Must be costing ford thousands to keep replace all of these.

Mine are still going strong. It lives outside and I batter it with a jet wash frequently. It's very weird how some go and some don't.

..which is actually the driver's side of course. Why is one side worse? Does it depend how often you use the fold.
