I talked to you guys one on one several times. You guys kept telling me I installed something wrong no other car was doing it. Than you told me the yellow car was doing it and he was suppose to bring it in but never did.
Correct, in the beginning the only car that "had the issue" was the Yellow BETA car. (A member on this forum)
We spend days/weeks waiting for him to show up. (as you did as well)
However that customer has never to this day returned. (we don't know why)
HECK he even has a STG 2 intercooler just sitting here, waiting for him.

Not having that car return here, delayed us BIG TIME, till we found another car with the issue.
(We never did locally, so we went to Ford, and found the issue ourselves in that the Calibration had changed)
Then it made it much easier to start tracking down why some cars ran great, and others did not.

2k=new sct plus tune, injectors and pulley. I had to buy a sct because nobody would tune it with the Diablo. I know I didn't have to do the injectors but I did hoping that would make the tuning easier.
You already had good working injectors that support over 600rwhp with no problems.
Any good tuner, could tune for any injector.
You don't need to buy injectors for a tune, if you already have proper ones.

The diablo could be returned as stated, for a credit.
Or could have swapped you the inTUNE for a SCT X4.
Heck we have HPtuners files, if thats what the tuner wanted.

There were options, thats all I am saying.

You chose to use the tuner you did, change the injectors, and the boost.

thank you prcharger for talking me out of your system. Too much passing the buck.
The sheer numbers of the ProCharger kits already out there making 550,600,650,700+ HP is staggering, easily more then any other supercharger out there. (just going by gut reaction, and posts on the net)

Some of the early systems had issues with the inTUNES loading tunes properly.
Due to ECU calibration changes that literally nobody really was aware of.

(Hence why you don't see to many other companies offering systems)

We took the time to dig into find the issue, and work with Diablo.
One revision took care of nearly all the problem cars.
The revision that will leave this week, knocks out the very few left.

And for those that didn't want to wait,
We could have easily taken care of them individually, without hurting their pocket books, (As listed in the posting above)

And at the end of the day, you can always buy a "tuner kit" and have your local tuner tune it to your liking.

all forced because a company sold a kit that didn't work correctly do to lack of enough testing. Period the end! Keep passing the buck, what I'm reading isn't a company worried about screwing customers.

you are correct. I'm sorry I didn't have the patience to wait another month. I figured driving this 40k pos around for 3 months was plenty long enough.

About what?

There is no reason to send this file at this time.
1) The customer I was posting to already has a SCT custom tune.
2) The revision that wraps up today, works perfect with the inTUNE.

How do we test a Ford Calibration, that literally didn't exist when we released the kit?

We can't, nobody could, and NOBODY could.
Unless you worked at Ford.

I'm just glad that the file is available. Since I already own HPTuners.

NOBODY had it "correct" out of the gate on these ECU's.

HPTuners didn't have everything mapped.
Diablo didn't have everything mapped.
SCT didn't have everything mapped.

Literally NONE of them.

Every tuning company was in a scramble to get everything mapped, and then try and keep up with Ford changing everything.

But until Ford started making the changes, literally nobody knew.

We did our best to keep up with it as well, and make sure we could provide the data needed to get it all working. (heck our competitors should thank us that haven't released systems, because they will benefit from all the hard work by all, and early customers to get to the bottom of this)

For some reason Ford changed a LOT of stuff, since the early cars.

Do you think people would be mad that their car has a 6,800 revlimiter.
But their buddy down the streets goes to 7,000?
The the difference in driveablity between early cars, and current cars.

Thankfully its all over with it seems, and all is well.

Is this only happening to premium performance pack cars? Just asking because most the cars with issues seem to be pp cars.
