So I have a Procharger HO complete kit installed in a 2016 6 speed GT. Running DW 95lbs with Brisk plugs at .035, running the procharger tune.

Installed fine, fired right up, drove fine for about a week and a half, but just this past weekend I'm having some issues with the AFR at low RPMs. With any sort of throttle the AFRs are good. Idle AFRs are good. WOT is good. However, as soon as you get off throttle it'll run rich. For example, braking while the car is in 4th, AFR would show 12s, 11s, 10s, and sometimes even 9s. When clutching in as the car comes to a stop, the engine will sometimes stall out.

Looking over the logs some things that stand out to me are that the throttle angles seem to be very low? I'm seeing values under 1 deg, while at idle throttle will be at around 3 deg.

Anyone had a similar issue? I'll link some videos here and attach some logs as well. Appreciate any help!

Update, received a revised tune from them but still having the same issue. Today I went over the vacuum block and the line to the BOV to check for leaks and they're OK.

If I slowly bring the RPMs up to about 4k and release the throttle it'll die every time.

major goober moment,

i redid the vacuum fittings and got a new line to the BOV, and procharger sent me another revision which exhibited the same issue.

was going over the charge piping again and noticed a tiny gap between the 90deg bend and the rubber coupler at the intercooler outlet. it wasn't cracked open enough to leak too much boost so AFRs were still holding good, tiny rich at 11.0 AFR at WOT but more importantly, it was leaking under vacuum which caused it to stall out and throw AFRs all over the place off throttle.

gotta mention i'm happy with how quickly tuning@procharger has been responding to my emails, although i shouldve picked it up earlier as a system issue when the original tune didn't work as well.

thought i'd update as i hate seeing problem threads with no resolution. rev hang is back though.

Glad you got it worked out. My issue when I first installed my ProCharger was the stock plugs were having blowout.

Happy to lend a hand.
