Yes they are. In my eyes matched injectors are the only way to go. I was there the other day when they were flow matching the bosch injectors and was amazed at how far off some injectors are, saw 60lb injectors come in at 52 all the way up to 69. and some rejected for bad flow patterns. I am going to install the 60s when i install my kit and have a custom tune done.

They say 700. I'd like to see the duty cycle though.

I personally am not a fan of running an injector past 80-85%
We have never stated 700, ever. (unless your talking estimated crankshaft HP)

Our 100% bone stock car, (no fuel pump booster) has made 630-650rwhp with the 52's.
However that is as far as we would push it, because that is the end of the line for the injectors and pump.

what's a good injector that's safe for 650 rwhp @10lbs boost that won't break the bank?
Here is a link to plenty of good priced injectors. :)

Procharger, Any tune updates for the three of us that are still experiencing midrange stutter issues?

Actually the opposite.

The 2nd round of testing for the STG 2 revision #2, went well.
The 2nd round of testing for the HO revision #2, is today, finishes tomorrow.

We will send both HO and STG2 files at the same time. :)

My car was running like crap since jan. 20th before I did the Lund tune a few weeks ago. Waiting 3 months for a revised tune is ridiculous. This has made me never want a procharger product again. I had to spend another 2k to get the car running right. Now I'm so deep into this kit I just have to live with it. It drives much better but far from th numbers I expected to put down. Hopefully we get everything dialed in soon.

There could have been options to avoid this,
If you would have taken the time to speak with us 1 on 1.
Honestly, there are always options.

But, you are throwing a $2,000 number around that doesn't make sense.
Tunes run anywhere from $250 to $650 around the internet, and locally.
Plus you can always return the inTUNE for credit, or sell it outright, to offset that cost.

You don't need larger injectors to make the kit work,
You don't need a boost-a-pump to make the kit work.
If those are items you are including in the $2,000 you are quoting, that has nothing to do with making the system work.
(if your tuner forced you to buy them, thats between you and him, don't take that out on us.)

We never told anyone "sorry, get a custom tune" as other companies have in the past.
We listened to the customers, looked into finding cars with the issues, and started getting to the bottom of them.
HOWEVER, with Ford changing things so fast, it took a good while for Diablo and us to get to the bottom of the issue, and then test it.
If it was as simple as a magic button, we all would have less stress right now. However it wasn't, we are all human and can only work as fast as we can.

Again, its only a small amount of the systems that went out that were effected.
The first tune revision fixed nearly all of them, this second revision will fix the few that are left.

I talked to you guys one on one several times. You guys kept telling me I installed something wrong no other car was doing it. Than you told me the yellow car was doing it and he was suppose to bring it in but never did.

2k=new sct plus tune, injectors and pulley. I had to buy a sct because nobody would tune it with the Diablo. I know I didn't have to do the injectors but I did hoping that would make the tuning easier.
