Procharger Stage II install Question

Hello all,

I’m currently in the process of installing a Stage II procharger kit on a 2016 GT auto. The issue I’m having (and wondering if anyone else has had this issue), is the supplied idler shaft / spacer for the 8 rib smooth idler pulley does not seem to be the correct one.

The install instructions state that one end of the spacer should fit into the existing engine idler pulley, but the one supplied will not fit under any circumstances.

FWIW, this was an older kit (2016) that had been sitting on the shelf of a speed shop in Ohio, but it was heavily discounted.

I’m sure Procharger will take care of it once I’m able to call on Monday, but I wanted to check with you guys, just to make sure I’m not crazy ....thanx

Hey Lee, yeah I'm dead in the water. I finished the install, minus installing the new plugs and loading PC's tune.

I'm missing part #AB018A-059, which is the Idler shaft - stepped. Oh well, I'll get it figured out Monday. Thanks again for all the help Lee and Walter!

I'm sure you can get Procharger to overnight you the right one ... :cheers:

Update

Just a quick update... I called Procharger first thing yesterday morning and they were extremely helpful.

They overnighted the correct idler shaft and even sent me a couple of other parts that I had questions with during the install. Can’t ask for better customer service than that.

I just checked the tracking number they provided and the parts already arrived at the house! Time to get the blower belt on and see how she’s gonna run!
