I think thats all the D1SC has left in it as far as spinning it. I'm pretty sure it is over 900 at the tires with this pulley on it.

It is. That's about 62k r.p.m.

You could over spin it though

If I stick with the procharger I'll just sell this D1 and throw on a F1. If not, probably hellion twin 62's. Latter is probably the real option, as I've already steered about 30 people that have asked me about my experience with PC to just get a Vortech JT from Beef.

What is your overall goal?

I would think 19 psi would be close to 800 rwhp.

I'm on E85, and already made 830w on 15psi.

Nice, I wish I had access to e85 here. Is the goal to pop the motor?

No, E85 is very forgiving. The goal was just to see how much it can take without going to the extreme limit. I'd fathom to bet E85 at 850w is safer than 93 at 725w.

Well the TT kits are 950whp that are popular and 19 psi has got to be getting near that.

19 psi. Wow. These motors are taking some serious beating. 830r at 15 is pretty awesome. I'm not running that high, about 12-13 on a 4.63" pulley. I saw it hit about 14 the one time I really was watching it when I could, but once it starts really spinning up, is pretty quick. I'm really curious about what E85 will do for my car now.

So how was your drivability over the weekend with the new tune?

if tuned right you should see 80-110whp over 93 as well as cooler temps.

Excellent to hear. I got my tune but didn't want to risk the tune not being drivable so I emailed him Friday afternoon and am hoping to hear back Monday morning to try it. I've got E85 in my garage ready to go. What's the best way to get all the 93 out?

Oh you meant the gas tune, it was really good. It was pulling some timing but that's because it has more mid range timing than the last. It ran great, none of the little quirks. It feels almost identical to the non imrc manifold. I can drop race gas and it feels great. On pump gas it feels pretty good. I'm happy with the tune right now. I just have to see what the E85 is about then make up my mind. It sounds like $2 / gallon race gas
