Got the car running with the boss intake manifold but its running with old tune. I am still awaiting revision from lund for imrc delete. The car seems to rev up smoother and idles a little better. Could have been due to my jacked up imrc in old manifold. I am going to drive it around the block in a few to see how normal drivability is.
That's sounds great man. Let us know how she does!

But the imrc isn't the throttle body valve right? It's something inside the manifold after the throttle body I thought. The boat/vacuum is measured inside the manifold but behind the throttle body, and I'm assuming the closing of the internal imrc closing would increase manifold pressure. I don't know, I'm no engineer. If the imrc is the throttle body plate, then I'm thinking about this wrong.

Yes if the IMRC's are shutting then boost will go up, and power down

What I was saying, is that its VERY VERY unlikely that the throttle is closing.
Based on looking at that dyno graph.

To me it looked like it yanked a bunch of timing.

Gotcha. I wonder why, though. Let's see what his datalog looks like. I always log when I make a dyno pull in case

My new hood setup is nothing pretty. I removed the hood blanket and cut a square hole on the inside bracing. I guess you could say that its similar to what the 03/04 cobra guys had to do to fit a 3.4 whipple. It still needs to be trimmed a little more and cleaned up a bit.

*Warning, doing the above method does not fit 100% correct. The hood closes and locks, but you do have to push on it a little more than normal to get it to close. It stays latched just fine but I do believe the hood may be touching the top of the manifold a little. More trimming can be done.**
I drove the car around for about 45 minutes with various throttle positions and there was no surge. I had gotten so used to the car surging before that I would anticipate it at certain throttle positions but... Nothing.

You will need to get a longer elbow for the throttle body, procharger one isn't long enough. I can always put the hood blanket back on and you won't even be able to tell the hood was cut. There are no visible marks on the outside of the hood. With the hood closed you can't even tell the hood was cut.

This is awesome news. Maybe it's a good thing it's taking forever to get my parts in. I might have to add this to the list when it goes under the knife.

Do you have any check engine lights with this manifold? Also do you think a strut bar would fit with it?

Yes, everything lines up just fine besides the hood not closing, unless you cut hood. I am not sure about the strut bar.

Yes, the check engine lights will come on because the IMRCs are all unplugged. This will go away if the tune is adjusted correctly.

So I guess you ended up Not lowering the engine?
