Couldn't find a 3.5" tight radius elbow that would fit and clear the front area of the car to make the turn properly

Waiting to hear back from the engineers at Procharger. When I was talking to the guy on the phone he was telling me how its caused by the Race valve pushing against the tube. Uhmmm.... ya think? But to be honest it felt like he was about to say they cant do anything about it.

Here is the issue clear as day. This is the stock inlet hose that comes with the kit.

Leave the vac house that connects to the inlet open.

I'm actually disconnecting all of my pcv stuff for breathers.

What he said. Breathers are fine, and let the vent line for IMRC, vent to the atmosphere. My car picked up a pound or two of boost and about 30hp by removing intake pipe, along with the coupler.
I am sorry to hear about this issue but it looks like your race bypass is pressing on the coupler as well. Not much room. I wonder if there is an alternate place to mount the bypass valve.

I think Rev Auto is working with PC to reroute the race valve to place it somewhere else. I'm not putting the silicon hose back on my car but it will make putting a solid piece in much easier.

I'm also running a UPR catch can instead of breathers. I don't want oil residue building up over time.

What are you running in its place instead of the coupler and filter?

If Procharger isnt of much help on a quick replacement or alternative part due to this issue, I think ill use what process recommended with the alternate elbow.

I don't have anything on there. I was meaning to put some kind of screen on there but haven't gotten around to it yet. The car is somewhat torn apart right now as I am ditching the stock manifold.

I ordered a new hose that's 3.75" at the top of the 90 degree bend to properly fit the sc inlet and 3.5" at the other to for the stock BOV piping. Will see how that goes

You still need a silicone coupler.

You'll need to trim the air raid piece a tad to fit, fyi.

Got a call back and Procharger is sending me a revised inlet hose that is thicker but 3.5". Said it was going to be a bit hard to fit over the blower. God, the existing hose was hard enough :(

It replaces the current silicone hose, no coupler needed. I ordered it from eBay will check and see the quality before I pull the trigger on install though. Maybe the hard elbow will find is way into my engine bay though, was looking for a short radius one but couldn't find a good length.

I'm just not a fan of neck downs, seems to be a possibility to introduce turbulence.

It necks down with the stock hose because the inlet hose had to stretch to be 3.75 anyhow I would imagine. Hoping it's no different in turbulence

The metal one is too long with a reducer to fit it to the blower, because those run 2.5-3" plus the 6.75" of the metal one. Plastic about the same. There's a short radius sheet metal version but I found the direct replacement on eBay. If it's crap quality then I'll go metal or plastic and fabricate something.
