Its a race part, not part of the normal kit.
Its an optional race upgrade. (heck it even has "race" in the name)

That valve is not system specific.
Anyone can order it for any boosted application.
(actually lots of big power turbo cars run it)

If a customer wants a part, we will sell it to them.
In no way do we state its a drop right in option.

No different then a person can order an Air to Water intercooler from us.
Its up to them to mount it, plumb it, and supply water pumps, tanks etc.

Again at the end of the day, 95% of our customers will never need that valve, the standard unit works fine, fits perfect.
And we also offer a "bullet" version of the valve that fits great, and is like a mini race valve.

Really if people want an upgrade that fits, sounds awesome and doesn't break the bank. The "bullet" really is what they should be using.

If I would have known about the bullet I would have done that. Guess I cant exchange can I? I mean damn half of my stuff got damaged from shipment.

Yeah, no mention of Bullet version or anything like that during order process, but I didn't order it from PC directly so that's no beef with them. Heck, I didn't know the oil drain line wasn't in the box until I called PC and they said it wasn't ordered by Lethal Performance when I ordered the kit. Lethal never mentioned that either. So I had to buy that separately and directly from PC, who were cool about it. I guess it's up to us to know everything a vendor makes and decide for ourselves what's best when ordering a "kit." Good / bad.

Exactly my thoughts, this is the first time ive heard of the bullet. It would have saved me some headaches and 100 bucks.

I tossed this on today. It wasn't very difficult. I just have to order a new 3.5" coupler for the TB because it does not reach the intercooler piping with the way the boss manifold sits. I also have to put in the mounts to lower engine. They should be here Thursday but not sure when they will get installed as I have never done mounts before.

That boss intake looks awesome with that blower set up. A little jealous.

Although removing the strut tower brace was why I didn't go Whipple in the first place.

I've seriously got my fingers crossed for your new intake resolving the issues. Do you just have the IMRC y-splitter behind the engine capped or venting free now?

Guys I've had the bullet on my car since February it's a night and day difference from the leaky flap bypass valve. I suggest you give it a try.

Where is yours mounted? It looks like I could just use the stock hose to hook up to it?

There are two versions of the bullet. Open and closed. Choose wisely to what you want your car to sound like.

Closed means I have to reroute the pbv outlet back into the intake right?

I have a base GT so no strut tower brace. It will fix the IMRC issue because the Boss manifold completely removes the IMRC system. No more lines or "y" to have to deal with. Not sure when it will be running. I am waiting on Lund to send me a new tune. He said he has to build me a new tune with the IMRC delete. Also, said he is swamped so it will be a little while before he gets to me.

I would have gone with this option had I known... Only option when I purchased kit was the standard and the race. Never heard of the bullet style until recently.

I listened to the proflow compared to the bullet open on YouTube, guy did a cool comparison with his gopro and you can tell the difference. Bullet is much louder. Performance wise I don't know. Procharger is for out of stock on the closed ones, which I would likely do, because I would throw a filter on it to muffle that thing some. I don't like advertising that my cars blown,I like the surprise factor.
