Hey Noah, what kind of numbers did you get to most recently. Saw the Vlog and your car looks like a monster. Lots more torque than I would've guessed
With the 3.6" pulley I'm at 578whp and 526wtq 8.8psi
I am very happy with the car, The torque is beautiful :)

Can anyone tell me if this sounds fairly normal ? Not sure if that bearing/grinding noise in the background behind the procharger whine is normal. Just want to make sure as my Novi2200 wasnt this loud, but I love how loud this one is lol

That's normal. When I first turned mine on I freaked out but than I searched some YouTube videos and realized they all sound like that without the helical gear.

INLET TUBE COLLAPSE:

We have not seen it happen here, nor is anyone such as Process that makes 800+ HP talking about it. I guess it could happen, but just had not seen it yet on either these cars, or corvettes making 900+ HP with that same inlet hose on them.

We would love to see a video of it on the dyno doing that, just for reference.

Either way, I will pass this info onto the engineering department right now.
However if anyone can get me a video of that happening that will go a long way.

This is the video I recall.

But I think the issue falls with the race valve pushing in the inlet hose a bit to begin with.

Not my car but Rev Auto says the exact same thing happened to my car. [ame]

Process isn't using the factory inlet tube, so...

You can get them from 3"-4" and costs about $14.90 from Summit.

Airaid U-Build-It Intake Tubes 100-309

Its either a weak hose or that filter just isn't big enough. One of the two.

Nice im going to look into this. I dont know if itll fit with the race valve though.

Procharger sent me a larger filter than my intake piping though, not sure if by accident or not, but it was about half inch too large all the way around.

I think I am going to try putting on a boss intake manifold, completely remove IMRC. Also need to swap out motor mounts.

Guys - the rubber elbow that was collapsing on the SC inlet was not the one provided by Procharger. It was the 3.75 diameter one that I purchased online. I could not get the 3.5" one to fit. I am not running a filter on there currently, going to put a screen on it.

You are keeping the PC kit? My next round of mods will include the Boss intake, motor mounts and some ARH headers.

Im running a very limited base tune right now from Lund, but has anyone felt any surging when on part throttle almost like a dip in power over and over and over. Not sure if its related to whats been posted. Could be partially the tune , but I just sent datalogs over today.

Thanks for the update, I will let engineering know.
I still believe we have a new thicker unit here already being tested.
(it happens to be a different size) But I don't have details on it much past that.

Yea. I think I'm going to keep it. A guy who was going to buy it, backed out. I was driving the car this past week with the IMRC unplugged, which keeps them open, and the car pulls like a freight train and sounds Nasty!

Figured if I put boss manifold on, it will cure IMRC issue.
