Glad Lund is being proactive about all this. Mine is coming from Beefcake with a Lund remote tuning as well.

Travis, I assume Lund tuned this one as well?

I've had my procharger HO kit since beginning in February, I started with an sct x4 and bbr tune. I also have the same issue as process with vacuum meeting boost at zero. Ive just chose to ignore it lol. Anyways. I'm trying to get a new tune just for more power because it feels like my car is down on power only from idle to 4500 rpm.

In all honesty I believe when the 15s came out everyone with a shop or business rushed to be the first to take peoples hard earned money without ever realizing that the 15 gt pcm is far more complex than they cared to figure out. Are there some fast 15s now? Certainly, but only two cars truly run without driveability issues, and they belong to shop owners with countless hours of dyno time. The kind of tuning that should have been done from the start before the release of any product. So far every single FI company has customers with problems and issues. And nobody really knows how to tune for 100% stock driveability on the new 15 pcm.
Thats true. The last Prochargers tune is very good, you should try it.

Not true at all.

my 15 gt pp, with a procharger stage 2 runs PERFECTLY from idle to red line. no hickups, no stutters.

runs better than stock in fact.

th only issue i had was a bad o2 sensor, but thats hardly the fault of the tuner.

i also didnt remote tune OR dangerous data logging on the street.

nor did i care to make 700hp on the stock oil pump gears and timing gear.

not into the hp wars on a street car

Mine starts there, but also continues with partial throttle into boost. Wide open, no issues at all. Partial throttle in vacuum no issues. Boost Partial throttle, yep, problems.

Update:

AFR is 11:1 and timing is 12 degrees."

THOUGHTS?
Your timing value is so low,....way low. (unless your fuel is poor)
We run 19 degrees of timing, and quality fuel.

And your AFR is a touch rich, but not by much.
We stick to the 11.5 range, for best results.

Getting your AFR's a little leaner, and your timing in check.
Bet your power numbers really come up.
(However then you still need to fix your IMRC issue)

In one of the last emails Jon Lund II sent me he said It looks like it has something to do with the bypass. He said it looks like it's trying to go into boost and opening and closing really fast causing the surge. He said he would have to get a car in the shop to take a better look at it.
No matter what valve is on it, that issue will be there.
Its the same issue that everyone has, with the transition.

Thanks man! :) :headbang::headbang:

I was thinking the same thing. Was curious how much more power it would add with 6 more degrees of timing and leaner A/F. I am not too sure how much boost the car is making with the IMRC open. I think it is around 9ish. The car has 93 octane with half can of Torco.

Well he also had a major power problem.
(Which at least part of that will be solved with his tune being cleaned up)
He can at least get that part resolved while working on the IMRC issue.

He also needs to make sure the cams are moving to the correct area.
Cam timing effects boost level as well. (not just IMRC's)

Surly he tuner can get to the bottom of all these issues.
So he can be back on track like the rest of the ProCharger cars.

Everyone is trying to give information if you read what people are writing. I guess everyone could just stop helping period. It's already been stated with him plugging the VENT tube on the solenoids it probably messed them up

Op ran breathers and capped off a imrc vac line. This most likely caused a mechanical failure.
