You know I wasn't going to get into this here but you brought it up.

I was not the only one who understood you in this way. You changed your stance after the email. I am willing to work with anyone but people who stick their head in the sand after I gave their company $7000.00 for a kit is wrong. And it seems I spent another 279.00 I'll advised by that same company.

I have a suggestion, you refund me the price of the kit and the 279.00 and when I figure out this problem I will return what I did not spend on R&D to you. Then you can bask in the glory of how good your kit is.

Crazy right?

Let me know where I can send procharger a bill for R&D as well.

Well I wasn't even bringing up the fact the blower is not aligned with the pulleys but I will verify that this weekend with my Gates laser. Chewed off one rib already. I have a 7 rib belt.

I wonder how procharger ceo would think if he saw how one of his reps talk about his customers in public?

some of us wouldn't have looked for other tuning options if the kit performed like it was suppose to out of the box. My car is currently being worked on but if it doesn't run right when I get it back I will be pulling this kit off and going another route.

LOL Slander. The truth is the tunes you tune your company provides have the same exact issue everyone else is facing.

How come no one on this forum has came on and said "hey my procharged car doesn't surge"?

Perhaps you should contact Jon Lund, Eric Brooks and Kevin Brown and tell them they don't know how to tune a coyote.

Here are issues with my kit out of the box:

-Blower discharge tube does not clear radiator, was told to reclock the blower... umm, no, clock the blower properly from the factory.
-No instructions included for stage 2 system
-Inlet does not fit blower
-Belt is incorrect size for provided pulley and stage 2 crank

This is what I had to do to resolve the issue:

-Remove the IMRC Intake manifold
-Modify the tune to accept the fact the IMRC's are no longer there
-Replacing the non fitting inlet with a hardened plastic inlet
-Replace the proflow valve with one that actually shuts
-Remove the hoses procharger provides to use as a pcv system and run breathers

You got one of the FIRST STG2 kits to leave this building.
It was accidentally set up as a HO system.

We were very appologetic on the few very minor issues that you had.
(We even contacted you via phone with not just a tech guy, but TWO engineers, to make sure things were taken care of)

- Clocking of the blower,
As stated, it was clocked as HO accidentally. Just needed to move the volute very very easy takes a min. or two which we explained via the phone with you.

- The lack of instructions,
Again, easy fix we just emailed you the PDF

- The inlet does fit,
It does fit there are over literally hundreds of them out there now (the old one) On this platform and C7's.

- The belt issue
Again, was because of the mix up on your order between HO and STG2, I wasn't involved in how that was handled, however we have NO issues overnighting a belt to a person if needed.

As far as the surge valve -- for the last 10+ years that valve has been sold, and has NO issues on any application, unless there is some failure of the linkage, or a torn diaphragm from wear over the years.

your engineers were nice guys but offered zero solutions, and asked for pictures. I've never heard back from them again after sending them.

Your inlet doesn't fit period. Just stop talking.

We have NOT told anyone to change their valves.
(unless their HP level is very elevated, then its suggested they do)

You called in, and wanted to know what upgraded valves there were.
Nate and you discussed the Bullet, and was under the impression that is what you wanted. If you would like me to cancel this order on your Bullet Valve.
Not a worry here, Just send me a PM and let me know what you would like to do.

I have personally installed many, one of which was right in front of the owner of the yellow car that SVTP featured on the HO install.
(The whole install, including time to take photos, and go to lunch took less then 6 hours... which can be confirmed by the owner of the car that posts on this forum, though rarely)

Its tight, but it fits just fine.
Using a screw driver to work around the edges is what worked best for me, to get it to "pop" over the lip, then slide it back.

So it wasn't sent out yet? Lol

Another turn. That was supposed to leave two days ago with everything else. Again told something wrong.

Maybe it's not the valve. Maybe it's the placement of the valve? Where it corresponds to the blower outlet?

Doesn't work, didn't fit. When your inlet is significantly smaller than what it is to install over, it is the wrong size. Your supplier quality can use some better efficiency.

Well... i have gone and done it now... ordered a smaller pulley and fuel system from Beefcake to run E85.

Procharger - can I get one of those new inlets, if you have any laying around? I am not currently running one.

well i can honestly say i been subscribed to this thread from day 1. I wanted a PC from the beginning. I have made up my mind to take a pass.. I want more than 600 at the tire im looking for the 800 plus and Kenny Bell is the way im going. PC stance on this issue has moved me away from their product. I am done with this thread best off luck with the guys here that have spend thousands off dollars and have issues with their setups.

it was pretty easy for me to install the inlet pipe. i just stuck my arm thru the opposite side and pushed up on the parts that weren't going over the edge of the inlet and went right in. i actually like the tight fit cause i know it will be on there nice and tight. i installed the kit in 5-6 hours alone(first time installing a superhcarger).
and as far as the surging on the stock kit and stock tune. i do have surging on the complete stock kit and tune. the car jerks and i have to either push the gas all the way down or let go of the gas.
