So I changed the belt twice to no avail . And which pulley should I check the bearings on ? I believe my kit is still under warranty. Won't they cover the pulley
They should but they charge you first. If no problem is found then you still get charged.

I bought x2 bearings for all of them way cheaper and faster than dealing with PC.

You should go down the warranty route though.

Yes. Two things.

Not enough tension. Or something is not installed correctly.

Do the idler pulleys spin somewhat freely with no belt on?

And no neither of the idlers spin with the belt off. The one above the 8rib just sits there as does the one on the bracket without a belt. I have the lines aligned on the first dot as manual request but thinking maybe I should go tighter

I have about a 1/2 of deflection on the belt. Mine stays tight and I have no issues.

So is yours on the second line ?? Or a little above the first

I don't use the lines. I use the belt deflection. Between different lengths of belts, pulley sizes, and tensioner I do not use the lines.

I check the belt on how much it deflects up or down between the idler pulley and the supercharger pulley. The belt should be really tight.

Serious question would it be bad for me to put the belt on without one of the idlers and see if the sound is still made that way it's easier to diagnose ? Or is that a bad idea

That is fine with the idler on the bracket. I just wouldn't drive it around long. Might throw a belt.
