Stage 2 procharger guys. I have a favor to ask. Anyone of you running around 15 psi? If so, can you look at your logs and tell me what your IAT's are after a 1/4 mile pull or a log on the street from 1st-4th gear? Looking for the IAT temps around 7300-7500rpm in 4th. Thanks

To be honest im not sure how much boost im running,have the 4.75pulley and when installed i had a mechanical guage it was around 11at 7200 rpms,lund swears im closer to 12.My logs from this weekend at the track da was around 1350 and in 4th gear at the end of the quater around 7300 rpms,i was at 122 degrees.Thats right at the end of the run.

To be honest im not sure how much boost im running,have the 4.75pulley and when installed i had a mechanical guage it was around 11at 7200 rpms,lund swears im closer to 12.My logs from this weekend at the track da was around 1350 and in 4th gear at the end of the quater around 7300 rpms,i was at 122 degrees.Thats right at the end of the run.
Thanks for the response. What was the outside temp during this log?

165 lol. The vortech IC is garbage on the inside with fin design. Its basically wide open. The procharger iC's have bigger surface area and get air flow from the top and bottom of the bumper, where mine is only from the bottom and is like 60% covered. I had an idea to buy an stage 2 procharger IC and weld the MAF location closed and then flip it upside down with custom mounts to match my IC pipe routing.

19#@7900 70* ambient 95* at launch 165* end of pass. @144mph.
This is with the stage II intercooler, 30% is covered by crash bar and not getting air. I just installed a watson bumper bar trying to unshroud the intercooler. It looks like it should help alot. But no new data yet.
With 100* temps out lately I'm not going to the track anytime soon. LOL!

On the dyno this week is saw 131* in 4th ambient around 98*. On the street ambient was about 88 saw 126* at 7700. I am spinning the D1 to 60,xxx rpm 65k is the max. Normal cruising is no more than 2* above the outside air temp. I do have the grill delete as well.

On the dyno this week is saw 131* in 4th ambient around 98*. On the street ambient was about 88 saw 126* at 7700. I am spinning the D1 to 60,xxx rpm 65k is the max. Normal cruising is no more than 2* above the outside air temp. I do have the grill delete as well.
The dyno run was only 1 gear though.

On the street was the 126 after a pull through all the gears? Mine steadily increases through the pull from 1st to 4th

Hey man i had my budfy Ken pull our logs from thr track,mine reads celcius and i did the math wrong.At the end of my run i was at 160,but idled a long time and started at 110.He hasa paxton with the vortec cooler and our iats were really really close.I think its just the heat and dojng a full pass under boost.Right after i let off the throttle they drop faast as Kens do also.I was at 56 degrees Celsius.

On the street that was a pull from 3 to top of 4th. Tomorrow is only supposed to be 86, if the sky doesn't pee on the streets I'll do a run 2-3-4 and see what it looks like. I should be able to do it before I do some pulley swapping.

You're getting close, D1sc is 62000 max according to Procharger site.

In my half mile runs the ambient air was around 75* and at 18# the IAT gets to about 140-150 by the end of the run nearing the top of 5th gear.

Prochargers def blow some HOT HOT air and need good intercoolers once they are spun up good. I used to hit 220*F with my F1A @ 15psi on my hemi 300C HO kit.
