Has anyone with a procharger d1 noticed a flutter,sounds like surge valve,at higher rpms and still under wot?Last week at the track as i was coming up to the end of the 1/4 i could hear it fluttering at higher rpms and i was still under wot.Did not hear it on my manual car but that car was LOUD,and might have made it,just didnt hear it.

I didn’t have audible flutter on my manual D1 2015 but I’ve heard others who had flutter from the surge valve when it bled off boost. Is it coming from the head unit or the valve?

Sounds like its coming from the valve,because its the same flutter sound it makes when u let off the throttle,but again this is happening at wot.

Probably because you were running more boost than the base valve can handle and it was opening a little. I bet it goes away with the bigger pulley.

Hope your right,u know i couldnt believe when i saw 15 psi of boost on the 4.75 pulley and at only 7300 rpms:eyebulge:

Car running strong right? The imrc or whatever there're called aren't closing on ya at high rpm? That would cause a restriction and boost spike.

10.6 at 134 so far but have not had alot of runs yet do to having tuning issues because of boost.Could be imrc's but on the new cars their is no vaccum line running to them,they vent to atmosphere.I guess high boost could be forcing them closed.Im waiting on a 4.88 pulley to drop boost a little so i can get the tuning done.
