Procharged engine cuts out at 7k rpms, why?

If it was good to begin with it's definitely not the tune. Close plugs to 0.026" and see if it stops. Screams spark blowout to me. If not maybe poor quality fuel on this fill up.

I replaced the plugs thinking i had blowout and still has the same issue. Gap is a tight .028 (brand new plugs) and pumped 6 gallons of fresh 93 octane and still cutting out. Its frustrating to say the least.

If you have an auto car, there are multiple spots that have revlimiters in them.

I have seen engine revlimters set to 7,500
But trans limiters set to the stock 6,850

Make sure ALL of them are raised, not just the ones related to the engine.

Ok, I just got off the phone with my tuner Ryan, he did some checking and said the trans rev limiters were not raised and he will change it and send me a new tune.

Cause the first time I tuned an Auto here, I did the same thing.
I went out and was like... "what the....".....then "ohhhhh yaaaaa"

ford should have just put a Ford-O-Matic 2-speed in them from the factory. would make the racecars even easier to build!! no fancy electronics to fuss about with.

mileage might be down though.....
