Problems with SCT x4 device

Trying to load a custom tune. It tells me update is available. When I update with SCT Updater, it says "Device Up to Date!".

Anyone know how to overcome this?

Simply means you are up to date. Proceed with custom tune.

Seems that I have this problem more often then not. Last time it did this to me and I had it up to date. I tuned the vehicle back to stock, then uploaded the latest custom tune file.

This is what I did. Flashed back to stock and then flashed latest tune. I wasn't able to go from previous tune to latest tune.

SCT is SLOW! And to go custom -> stock -> custom. Damn!! I'd pay a lot extra for HP Tuners.

They update damn near everyday. Every time I use the SCT I end up having to update first.
