What are these 'vents' like? Is it something you could spray some compressed air in to dry up the condensation?

Id have a look at mine to answer that, but its still in pieces in the USA!

Some say turning the lights on speed up the condensation drying up... makes senes
Actually noticed some condensation in the headlights on this video a while ago.
Such a clean car, but its not like the issue described by WILDB, its more of a fog that should dry up in a couple minutes I would think. Its not like water droplets in the casing.

Can see it from about 1 min into the video, when the headlights are on.

Oh and a small dent in rear left fender at the start of the video!:ninja: (0:17 secs just to the left of the top of wheel arch arc center)

still an amazing looking car!:eyebulge:

In a lamp with incandescent bulbs I agree 100%, however the LEDs in the tail lights on the Mustang won't ever get hot enough to make any sort of difference.

The condensation has disappeared now, but there is an almost chemical type smear on the inside that's been left behind in the right hand outer bar.

Not an aussie mustang, but do check the paint around the bolts in the doors and frame!

Pic is from a US delivered stang pretty sure.

Good to know the condensation gone, annoying its left it's mark though. The smear left over, it could be due to dirt in the moisture. Living near Eastlink when it was being built, whenever it rained all the cars in the area were left covered with dirt spots due to the amount of dust in the air.

So now the question for Ford, how do you clean inside a lens?

Very likely just dirt or particulate pollution. If near the sea, it could also be salt. I see this inside of the rear light assembly of the old VP Commodore I drive to work (near Gold Coast Airport). Lots of salt spray in the air when the seas are rough and it gets into lots of places. A VP Commodore is an absolutely rubbish car, aside from its durable drivetrain, but it doesn't seem to want to rust. Lens/tail lights fill up with water easily though and it goes through globes like you wouldn't believe as a result! :frusty:

I was contacted by my dealer yesterday to let me know my car would be released by Ford in the next couple of days, having sat with them since arriving in Melbourne in mid Jan, and yep, they found (and fortunately fixed) a paint issue near the rear parcel shelf and some panel misalignment issues. Several cars required the same treatment apparently, as we've been informed was a common issue upon arrival. All good now apparently.

What's the total time frame from docking to delivery for yours?

WILDB, did you get your tail lights tinted red as you had planned on doing earlier....I am hoping to see some Aussie tinted ones before I consider getting mine done.

Can you imagine if Ford had let us produce the Mustang here.... no quality issues but it would have $80k

When we ordered ours, the prices hadn't been released....popular opinion at that time was that 70 to 80k would be the price and that was what I was expecting.
I would happily have paid a few more thou for the premium trim with soft touch door trims and better leather and more r@d spent to allow red tail lights etc...
