Hi, just started the order process on a GT Premium with X pricing. Dealer gave me the Vehicle Order Form. For an order # it simply says 1234, obviously not a real #. Also says Priority 10. That good, bad? I tried Cotus but came back with no vehicle found. The wait is just beginning. :shrug:

Congrats, now you're just waiting on the VIN to be pulled. The priority isn't good or bad. It's relevant to all other orders placed by YOUR dealer. Priority 10 is the lowest a dealer can set, but it can be shared with other orders. You should be in good shape if Ford allocates mustang orders to your dealer.

It is a real order number. The dealer picks it. Only requirement is it is 4 numbers. Mine was the day I ordered, 0323.

Priority 10 means it's the first priority for that dealership. It's good. It took me 3 weeks For cotus To find it after I ordered and that was only when I had the vin.

Mine says priority 10 which is the highest priority the dealer can give it without a regional manager. My order is not showing up in COTUS, but I'm not going to question it until Thursday when the scheduling for Ford happens.

Check the sticky on ordering in this forum and it will held answer a lot. We might be on the same build week when it finally happens.

All I have to say about the priority code is to take it with a grain of salt.....

My order was Priority 10, and it was far from fast. There were many other cars built a week or more after mine that were delivered before mine was.

Contact the dealer for an actual order number. Same thing happened to me, they gave me "9999" as my order number.

When I ordered they gave me a Dora with 9999 order and priority 89. I think they did that so I wouldn't have to sitting around waiting for someone to input the order in the system

I meant to say that my order was Friday (the 17th) also. It will be interesting to see how the builds work out.

I ordered on the 14th, priority 10. Not in Cotus and my dealer said they didn't have allocation for a week or 2. Bummer.

Checked COTUS this morning and nothing, but just checked again and now shows up with In Order Processing. Shows order date correctly as last Thursday and has a VIN generated.

Thats great Jeeden I just got my vin today as well. Btw, what did u order? Me CO GT Premium Fastbacl, 401A, 50th anniversary pak, 3.55, Nav.
