That is generally the consensus, but it appears it didn't help more than a few guys out so who knows...

Yes and no. Yes it will help you get scheduled sooner than people with 10+ priority but no it will not help if there are constraints on packages that were ordered

I placed my order in June and its still in processing. I sent an email to the GM of my dealership complaining that Ive waited over 6 months and nothings happening, and they said they would expedite the order. I'm not sure if that means priority 1 or not. But they said something will happen this week.

Before my retail order got cancelled it had a priority of 02. It did NOT get scheduled for two consecutive weeks while others with priority of anywhere from 10 to 19 and 20 and above did. In my book it means about nothing. Its all about the allocation imho.
