So I just placed an order for a 2015 Mustang GT at my local dealer. On the order sheet it says PRIORITY 10. Is that good or bad?

that's the highest priority you can have with a retail order (good).

yes any retail lower from 10 to 18 from your dealer would be pulled first. date ordered is second
