It's funny because when @trackHERO started this - the values hadn't actually started to go up and there were plenty of great deals to be had still. I viewed it as somewhat self-serving because at the same instant he was putting his R up for sale - trying to influence the market, you sneaky boy! Who would have thought things would continue as they did. This thread is officially one year old today.
We've come a long way. @trackHERO would love to hear your thoughts.
I can’t honestly believe how the market went crazy. I knew it was going to go up but dang the prices are nuts now!! I love the R and definitely miss it but I got into a ZL1 1LE (absolutely love it) and prices are on the rise for those cars as well. This thread is officially one year old today.

With 991 miles only the car has what looks like Toyo R888R. That is a shame because the Cup 2s are better IMO.Another 2020 R. Grabber Lime, 991 miles

Edit: mileage
Serpentine belt replaced also maybe needed a second set of tires with those miles already lolWith 991 miles only the car has what looks like Toyo R888R. That is a shame because the Cup 2s are better IMO.

My only concern is the market won’t sustain these prices for much longer but we will see. I’d say if you are ok with seeing your R go, sell it now and make some money, If you are in love with it keep it and don’t ever let it go. People buying them right now I think will be a little over there head unless they plan on keeping for a long while. The GT350R is a special special car and there aren’t many cars out currently that can replace it.
This is just a crazy market in a crazy time.
Not gonna happen anytime soon and never for mint examples that are garage queens.
991 happy track miles I betWith 991 miles only the car has what looks like Toyo R888R. That is a shame because the Cup 2s are better IMO.
"991"991 happy track miles I bet
D- for the detailing to sell a 100k car. Clean those wheels - at least try to erase any evidence of rubbing the tires on the curb.Well, this is already at $100k... https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2020-ford-mustang-shelby-gt350r-8/
And the show hasn't even started yet.
I think that was stunted by the dealer sale and the icky prep, (IMO, but I'm crazy). At this price point, things like the inside of the wheel barrels should be sparkling. Scuffed up sills AND doors, not great looking alcantera steering wheel and drivers seat bolster not looking perfect... Unfortunately, this type of thing impacts the average.$103,950 final. I thought it would hit 110k... was a pretty uneventful final 2 min, but still a good result overall.

This was a below average specimen and a low effort listing, IMO. Amateur time.
