Last night i emailed about 20 dealers from south to central florida, got some responses and one price offer so far.

first offer was invoice plus $300 -----$37539

here are my specs:

2016 mustang gt premium

deep impact blue

performance package

premium trim

I will continue to post as more offers come in, so others in florida can see my journey and best place to shop.

So i contacted about 25 dealers so far best price I've gotten is the following.

6 - speed manual Gt premium performance package

MSRP $39,695

Invoice $37,239

Offered price $36,250 (before TTL)

how does that sound? think i can still get better?

Brandon Ford at Tampa selling 2015 Ecoboost Auto metalic blue (I don't think any option added) for $22,995.

Xplan pricing for Auto Ecoboost is 25,000 + change

Guy who contacted me must have been new, he didn't even know orders for 2016's were being placed. Once i informed him that they have been live since May 31st, he told me to go in and tell them what options i wanted. i cut to the chase really quick i said hey this is what i want, this is the quote i have beat it. Still waiting on him to message me back, i don't expect him to beat it but we shall see.

Last update! contacted Koons this morning, told them to beat my offer. At first the salesman didn't believe i got that deal, then i showed him the offer he said he could match but no way he could beat the offer because i got the bare minimum deal possible

If anyone is interested in the dealer i ultimately chose its Hennessy Ford, i spoke directly to the General manager heres his info.

You only pay taxes and fees for your state, since i live in Broward I'm only responsible for 6% taxes not GA's 8%.

He simply told me wtf am i doing hurry up and order the cars for that price, he said its impossible to get a better deal since i took the car for invoice minus the holdback. Essentially the dealer is making $0 on this sale.
