It's been a while since I've been on here and checked pricing on our cars. I'm thinking of maybe making a switch to a different car (still figuring out what that is) and want to know a ballpark number for the car. I probably have another 1-2 years before I cap out the mileage of the extended warranty. Let me know what your best guesses are for what you think it's worth.. or any offers

2019 GT350R
~63k miles

Black
7 year 100k mile warranty

I think $60K-62K ask, accepting somewhere around $59K. If you are going to sell, try to do so before 75,000 miles as it may make it difficult for buyers to get financing.

Wow, don’t see many R’s up for sale with that kind of mileage. Good for you for driving it! Considering 2019-2020 R’s with super low miles are still going for mid to upper $90’s, I’d say that kind of mileage you’re looking at low $60’s, might have to settle for high $50’s.

FWIW, I do believe there’s a price floor on these cars and it would be higher than a non-R. Have seen some 2016-2017 non-R’s with higher mileage in the mid-$40’s. The 2019-2020 cars are generally more desirable in the market plus it’s an R, so that’s kind of how I’m backing into my numbers.

Thank you all for the feedback, I'm driving ~25k miles just to work and back. I try to even out the mileage with both cars, but this car is a lot easier on the lower back so it's definitely a fun car to have. I'd probably have to sell it in under a year anyway to keep it under 80k miles unfortunately.

Do you guys think the GT500 would be a good replacement (I hate driving auto), I don't know what a good next car would be. Top contenders are M3 (manual, but a lot of money for the car and like 60 less hp), GT500, Blackwing (on the expensive side and manual), C7 Z06 (manual). pen to other options and where to go from here without going over 100k and can ideally get an extended warranty

GT500 wouldn’t be a bad option and they’re still new enough you can get a Ford ESP. There’s a few guys in here that DD their GT500’s.

If a CT5 BW isn’t in the cards due to cost, check out the CT4 BW. Doesn’t come in a manual but would make a really good DD. My parents have a CT4-V (non-BW) and it’s very comfortable but also has plenty of giddy up.

M3 is a good car, although maintenance on Bimmers can get pricey in a hurry. And I would expect it on something where you’re putting on those kind of miles. That’s the biggest downside of the German cars, they cost a bunch of something breaks.

C7 is my favorite Vette, but I’m not sure I could daily one. They’re not built with comfort in mind at all, especially the Z and the GS.

Mercedes AMG line would be another (take your pick as to which one). They are pricey and same as BMW, they cost a lot when something breaks.

Lexus F Sport lineup is something I personally would consider. Sporty and good power but also comfortable for longer drives. IS500 F Sport gets you the V8.

Heads up if you're at 25k/year you would need to service a GT500 5 times in 4 years.

Another add, Audi RS5 or RS6. Again, German cars so if something breaks, it will be expensive.

Miata with an LS1 swap. Then boost it. Won't need a warranty because LS1.

CT4 BW is probably the best choice, but for American the V8 has my heart and most importantly my ears :). That's my problem with BMW and I love Mercedes, but it's auto only and transmission issues over ~70k miles for AMGs. My friend had his C7 Z06 for a couple years as a daily and he said it was more comfortable than his wrangler surprisingly, but heat soak was a B. Do you know if the Lexus have a high maintenance cost?

well then lets not leave out a CPO 911. same as above but they really are made to be driven.
quality , fit and finish is second to none.
I was thinking of maybe a GT4, but I think the new ones are still asking a lot of money for what they are. Also, I heard service is astronomical for Porsche.
