I've seen quite a few GT350's in the wild including a couple of R's. I've not seen another PP2 in the wild, not even at the Streetcar Takeover a few weeks ago where there had to have been at least 100 or more S550's. I've seen two black ones at my dealer.I'm interested, they are definitely more rare than a GT350.
Not completely true. They are somewhat limited by production. Getting an allocation for one is not like getting an allocation for just another Mustang. My dealer had a bullitt and a GT350 on the lot Saturday, but there were no PP2's to be found. He said mine and the two black ones that sold out of state were the only three they had gotten in 2018 and 2019. Talk to some of those that have tried to get one. Its definitely harder than trying to get a bullitt. Not saying that the bullitt won't be more of a collector car, but he did a quick search and found 10 bullitts for sale in the KC area. There was not a single PP2 available within a 100 miles. The nearest one he found was in Salina, KS about 175 miles away.No one said anything about rarity. Just that its limited by how many people want it. Not by production.
Spring data would be nice, we still don't have any for the Ford Performance springs either. I haven't even seen PP2 part numbers for them. I wonder if they are just GT350 or 350R springs.I'd just like to find more definitive lowering spring data. Oh and a registry would be nifty too
Agreed. Honestly if the BULLITT/Anniverasry cars were not numbered I wouldnt expect them to have their own section either. There just isnt a lot that seperates them out like the GT350 has.the TRIM is rare, sure.
but the car is just another 18/19 gt IMO..
I don't disagree at all. But, there's quite a bit to that "TRIM" that does make them rather unique, particularly for a "stock" Mustang.the TRIM is rare, sure.
