PP2 is an amazing car, but the R makes it seem tame and normal, which a PP2 definitely is not.Nice how does it compare to the R?

Mine popped out of 1st gear the night I drove off the lot. Pretty sure it's synchro, but I dropped my car off tonight for TSB work that might not even fix the issue...Well, Dealer got a hold of me this morning. Car needs a new shift fork and synchronizer for second gear. They have parts ordered and should have the car back next week. My question now is, Is there anything I should be concerned with? Anything I should have the dealer install while they have the tranny down and open? Seems odd that something like this would happen after 1800 miles. I mean I am not that hard on her!

Wheel hop is definitely not fixed on the PP2 cars.I've been watching various videos for aftermarket parts. One of the reasons for me going with a PP2 over a PP1 is so I wouldn't need to do much if anyhting at all to cure so of the poor factory components or the inherent "issues" of owning this type of car. I'm wondering from you that have been driving the PP2 if things like rear wheel hop under acceleration is fixed with this package?
