As stated before if you track your car on even a semi-regular basis, the PP is worth it. I've done multiple autocross events and only one track day so far, but I'm signed up for another track day next month. To me, it's 100% worth it.

2 reasons not to buy the PP.

Not sure I follow? Are you saying those are two reasons not to get a PP? Because neither of those options are on the PP.

Correct.

I wanted 3.55 not 3.73 gears.
I wanted a 20 inch square set up, not 19 staggered

Just saying, not every thing is as cut and dry as the person I was responding to was implying. To say
Obviously the PP is better! I don't why anyone would buy a non PP manual GT...
.
is just dumb. There is always a reason.

And what those that did not buy Mustang because of no-PP auto go buy ? And what exactly all these auto drivers need PP-for exactly ?
I love how pushing in a clutch peddle makes your tiny penis grow two inches. And makes you ask dumb questions like this!

Mine grew more than 2. I end up stepping on it when pushing the clutch in. PP problems...

My PP allows me to loop mine through one of the strap slots in my Recaro seat, thus giving me 5 point harness when you count the standard 3 point harness. I love my PP.

Us automatic guys don't have no extra room for a 3rd peddle. Gotta have a little girth with your lenth boys.:D

I've had two amazing DCT transmission'd vehicles that were some of the best there is, and I just always felt disconnected, even when using the paddles. It's just a personal preference, but I feel like I have better control of the mannerisms with a manual. Like I said, personal preference.

Of course. I've owned close to 20 performance cars since 1985. Some had manuals. One of my favorites was a 2004 SRT-4 with a big turbo. This car is my favorite automatic. I can see me keeping this one for a while. It's a beast at the drag strip.
