Common problem on most Brembos when driven in winter climates and not serviced frequently.

Has anyone experienced this issue and founds a resolution? Tried all the typical methods such as PB blast and smacking it with a punch and still nothing. No heat yet as I've heard stories of needing a caliper rebuild at that point and I'm trying to avoid.

On a related note - Anyone selling OEM PP Brembos with low miles

Just giving the pins at the pointy end with a hammer head doesn't jar them out? Weird.

Unfortunately not.

Getting up there in miles (62k) and Michigan winters probably sealed the deal.

When I was younger I had a couple of Cobalt SS (turbo) and this was a common problem if you don't tap them out/lubricate every now and then.

Yikes.

I did my pads at 30k, also enduring Michigan winter.

I’m assuming you’ve invested in a heavy duty punch set and tried PB?

Did you remove that flat spring holding them first ?
