So a couple weeks ago I rented a 2016 Mustang EB while in Florida. I daily drive a 2015 Mustang EB and I immediately noticed how much better the steering feel was in the newer car. My car is a Premium with the PP and the one I rented was a premium with 18" wheels.
The comparison is that the steering in my car, while perfectly acceptable, is significantly lighter and a little less communicative than in the 2016 I drove. So I was wondering if there is a known difference in the programming between the 2 years and if so can the earlier car be flashed up to the newer program.
I checked with the service department at my local dealership and they didn't find anything on the computer but that doesn't necessarily mean they are the same either.
Thoughts?
