Anyone know if after having Ford Power Pack 2 how easy it is to go to Power Pack 3? Intake is the only change less the adapter? Tune the same?

You have to purchase the complete package and tune.

Unfortunately, Ford Performance does not offer any upgrade paths between the Power Packs. If you buy a PP2, and you want to 'upgrade' to a PP3 you have to buy an entirely new PP3 kit, which would include the TB and CAI that you already own in your existing PP2 kit.

If you DO want to move into a PP3 style setup, you can buy the GT350 intake manifold separately and purchase a 3rd party tune. It won't exactly be a PP3...but it will be similar. Same hardware, just a different tune.

The only issue here is making sure your buying a tune that actually uses the GT350 TB. A lot of GT350 intake tunes for the Coyote are not programmed to use the TB because a lot of tuners didn't know how to. Instead they use the stock TB and an adapter. So you can go this route, but you need to shop around and find a good tune that is comparable to the calibration of the PP3 and that uses the ALL the same hardware...particularly the TB.
