Hey guys. So I was thinking of getting the '5.0' emblems, 'GT' emblem, and Mustang emblem (everything chrome) powder coated, in addition to the tips on the exhaust I plan on buying.
I was wondering if anyone could give me any general advice on how to do that? It seems like every place that does powder coating wants me to bring in just the parts to powder coat rather than the whole car (which is probably stating the obvious, but I've never done anything like this, heh). Do these emblems come off easily enough? Can they be re-attached easily enough?
... If not, would I be better off trying to figure out a way to do this myself? I'm not really aware of a way I can do it very easily. I know it could be done with plastidip, but I want a gloss black finish (maybe even black chrome), not a matte finish.
Thanks in advance.
