Its worse, if you are an illegal alien. You get a stipend of $2500 a month for housing, not to mention your children get to go to school for free (if in College) and free health care. I am a fucking citizen and I don't get this. The liberals have utterly destroyed California. When I moved here in the late 80s after the Army it was such a different state.

trust me I know, and it irks me. we need to delete all welfare.. if I shop around the first, I will always see mommas with 5-6 kids entail, expensive clothes and jewelry in giant escalades/SUV's and crap, steaks and lobsters into cart and checking out with EBT cards.

I know there are non criminals and children mixed in there but bottom line is it is illegal, end of discussion. The wall should have been completed and 50 caliber gun emplacements along the top to discourage!

Komnifornia has become really screwed up over the years, the in-bread population bases in LA, SF and other coastal areas control the whole state and are so far left/socialistic it is deplorable. Well maybe not all the people but the majority......
I've lived here all my life and it is no longer the state I grew up in. We still have areas where people have their heads screwed on straight, but unfortunately our vote/words are never heard. Weathers still beautiful though.

Musk is correct. Especially while a self serving tool like our current governor who truly does not do his job and care for the state and it’s residents. One can only hope it will improve. I think about moving but honestly, there is no place else I’m aware of that offers the positives of the west coast with respect to weather culture and activities.

I agree with this. I think I would be completely heart broken if I left, but may have to. I have lived at or near the beach for almost 30 yrs.

I used my monthly stipend to buy my GT500, so thanks for the help guys! Totally kidding, but if you move to California make sure its not within a year from when you bought your car. They will charge you the taxes that you should have paid to CA if you bought the car here. They tried that with me and I just waited until the year passed and saved a couple thousand.
