Ive been thinking my mpg is particularly low...

Maybe a tiny bit low.

Mine is 13.7mpg over 6,000 miles, but like you I MAYBE have 100 highway miles and the rest city 0-45/50mph.

On a recent round trip from Las Vegas to Phoenix, averaged 27mpg on 91 octane. Kept up with traffic with a few spirited moments...
Normally 16 mpg avg with 80% city driving. GT Auto 3.15.

I went on an 8000 mile road trip last april and averaged 23 over the trip, but peak was using ethanol-free 91 octane and got 28mpg around 65-70mph.

We're in the same boat. Hardly ever take mine on the interstate and I just usually tool around town and in the country for some spirited driving.

I was averaging around 14-15 mpg then I got a tune and now it is 13-14 mpg.

Thank goodness for people with Priuses!! :clap2:

I did a 40+ mile trip a few weeks back and averaged 31 +/-.

I took a pic of the MPG. I will see if I can find it.

I did 65 with the ACC on. Overall I average in the low 20's. Keep the RPM's between 1500 and 1700 and you can do pretty well.

I don't have a commute so no stop and go traffic to drop my mileage. I do occasionally get on the gas for fun of course but just occasionally... because I can.

PS: 89 octane. 3.15 gears.

Filled up with some 91 in the sticks, averaged about 65 mph including some stop and go traffic and stop lights. All in all, about 20% city 80% highway got me 23 mpg in a PP car with 3.73 gears. In the beginning I was feathering the gas and going the speed limit in 6th gear at about 60 mph and getting just over 26 according to the readout.

I average 12-13mpg on e85, but it only cost me 1.69 a gallon. On 93, I average about 16-17mpg. Yes, I can get 20+mpg but its no fun to drive.

22.7 is my average. On 87 octane

Finally snapped a pic of the mpg of my 2016 ecoboost with AT and 6200 miles on it, first 10 fill ups were at 87 octane, everything since has been on 93 octane.

I drive like a complete idiot most of the time, am I really cutting into my mpg or does it seem about right to most people?

I'm at about 20.5 mpg with about 80-85% being highway miles. Stock GT. Manual 3.55.
