They are from www.tirestickers.com They will make anything you want. Not sure of durability yet as I just put them on and this isn't my daily driver. They are however, made very well and the kit comes with the glue.
John, I think they look amazing. Do you have 19-inch or 20-inch rims? I'm wondering if smaller letters will hold up more as they would be less likely to buckle when the tire sidewall comes under pressure. I would love to get them in blue to match my Grabber Blue car. Looks like you cannot power wash them clean.
