Do they bolt up using the factory holes, or did you have to perform modifications?
Yes Factory holes. Well the stock vents have 4 studs(kinda excessive honestly considering their small size). These have only 2 studs and 3M tape around it. The 2 studs are enough to secure it the 3M is just to make a perfect seal and to be flush on the hood.

Thanks for the information. It looks good on your car.

Beautiful car!

I have an ‘18 Shadow Black GT and I just got the Mach1/GT500 spoiler in Gloss Black. Trying to figure out if I paint the rear spoiler to match the car…

But, looking at your photos, it seems that your factory spoiler is more of a matte black? Am I correct?

Thank you. Yes the factory wing is a matte color,
I do not know the paint code or the exact color.

I would run it on the gloss black for a while and see if you like the contrast. If not, then paint it.

Just something I found out when I bought my Cervini's hood. I had them paint the louvers Magnetic Metallic like all the Mach1 literature says the "swing" and side mirrors are supposed to be painted. Well...they are close to that color, but the Spoiler/wing and mirrors look a little bit darker than my Magnetic painted louvers.

Cervini's paints tons of hoods every year, and if the paint match on the main part of the hood is representative, my louvers should be a perfect Magnetic Metallic, and the Mach1 spoiler and mirror aren't quite Magnetic Metallic.

IMHO, The black looks nice, but is a big tell as far as factory HP "equipped".

Figured I'd share the progress on mine, installed the hp splitter and spoiler as well as some led mods, ford performance air intake, HCT delete and a steeda x pipe. Next up: Euro Tails, possibly new wheels and e85/93 tune. I have some other parts in mind but considering steedas dual rate springs and long tubes with the eventually goal of throwing on a whipple or procharger

Brothers in arms... I wish the side decal did not have white. I may delete it at some point after the carbon fiber hood goes on.

I'm not a cosmetics mods type of guy, but these vents fit the M1 perfectly. Great pick. Should have been stock as well.
