Zero issue, but hardly any benefit, a 8/8/6 set up will run just as good as a 6/6/6 set up will on the 350 assembly. Now the 8/8/6 will actually have less pressure drop across the system since there is less friction from the larger hoses. This means you will be able to squeeze out a few(and I do mean a few) more liters per hour out of the same pumps than you would on a 6AN line. How ever I don't see a 8AN line benefiting you too much on the 350 pumps...

I can make a kit that is 8/8/6 if someone actually wants it, but don't currently offer it as a standard option
I won't be upgrading the line unless I run out of fuel after a couple pulley drops...at that point I would probably swap the pumps out.

Those are great pictures. Is that a block on the bottom of the car near the front? Did you go with 10 feed and 8 return? What type of routing and fittings are on the rails? Also did you notice if the stock feed line had any quick connections between tank and firewall?
Thanks for the compliment kcc0521.
It is a Y block under the car and I posted a better pic of that below.
I am running 8 feed and return.
Routing of the lines from the Y block go to the back of the rails to the 90 degree fittings and the return lines come off the front with the 180 degree fittings and then route to the regulator. The fittings came with the kit. Pic below of the fuel rail fittings.
There is a plastic quick connect fitting coming off the stock fuel pump which is now capped and tucked away. From there is all hardline to the firewall which then has a hard connector that needs a fuel line tool to separate it. All I did was cap that there and remove the stock extension hose that used to run to the Whipple setup.

The entire Fore kit

doesn't get much prettier than that

I'm going to be using a Fore dual pump hat with a -8 feed. Are there any negatives from using a -6 return line instead of a -8?

I would spend a little more and use a -8 return. Depending on your hp goals, you might also consider using -10 feed. That’s what I used on my Fore setup

Thanks for the fast response. My hp goal is 700-800. I already have enough-6 ptfe hose and fittings leftover from another project. I was thinking it would be fine for the return, but if using the -6 will have a negative impact on my fuel system, I'll just but more -8.

the 6 return should be enough for you if you already have everything at that power level

I ordered the fuel hat and my wheels from you the other day. I should have them tomorrow. Much faster shipping than I was expecting. Thank you.

I'm probably overthinking this return line (I do this to almost everything I do), but when does the return line size become an issue? My thought was it would become less of an issue the higher you go in hp because you are returning less fuel to the tank.

I’m running a Fore Stage 2 triple hat with two pumps and fc3 controller so all I need to do is add one more pump on a Hobbs down the road if I need it. I called Terry direct and got the lowest possible pricing around with fast shipping for free. There’s no instructions, but installation is really straight forward. My buddy brought some black factory loom we ran over all the braided ptfe lines which made them blend right in.

Only “con” about the Fore system is cost, but in all honesty, you really do get what you pay for and fuel delivery isn’t an area you want to try and save money.
Do you have any cabin noise on the drivers side due to the braided ptfe lines?

This post is 7 years old so you may get limited replies.

However, to mitigate any line noise near the brake booster, I placed an outer rubber layer around my fuel line. Essentially, I cut a similar sized rubber hose length wise, and placed it over the PTFE. You can do this in any location where the PTFE may be inducing noise.

7 year bump, nice! I do get some minor pulsing noise at idle with my setup. I am going to do what @LOL WUT mentions above and insulate the PTFE better.
