I pulled out the cat hammock my old cat used to use and put it in my office. shes really enjoying it, makes me happy. Shes getting big quickly. overall good cat.

Well the ACL /Knee surgery went well. Now for a long recovery. No stairs, jumping or running.

I have been there after my little man was hit by a car almost two years ago, one of the worst days of my life. The Vet's and nurses were amazing. The no stairs - no walkies - no chasing the birds was hard to follow.

He meets me at this door each and every day after work, ready for pats and a little treat.......

I'd be lost without him.

I feel for ya. Good luck with managing their activity level for a few weeks to ensure they heal properly. One of my German Shepherds had ACL surgery. Restricting his activity was hard and heartbreaking. He didn’t understand why he couldn’t go out and run in his yard.

So far so good, thanks for everyone's support. She had her Left leg done about 8 years ago. Wife carried her for 108 days. This side should heal faster as she is older per the Dr.
Found the easiest way to get meds into her, wrap them in liver wurst, lol. She loves it!

Cats appear to be more tolerant than dogs. A lot of dogs would not like another so close to "their" food.

Wife and I have three parrots. Two Sun Conures, and one Nanday. They are fun pets, Perci is the one facing the camera, he has a good vocabulary. Andi is the Nanday and is pure green with a black head, he is 6 months old and learning to talk. Conni is our female.... and well she is mean, and screams most of the time.

Perci likes to go for car rides and will sit on the steering wheel. All three are flighted, and recall very nicely.
