Long overdue update...got the door panels professionally done, found and installed a 50th anniversary dash trim, and upgraded to Sync 3 system (thank you @HextallS550)...LOVE EVERY SINGLE MOD! Next stop...custom sound system and cover center console in leather (tried skinning with carbon fiber three times...have given up on that).Beautiful! Can’t wait to see the door panels. Can you also show the interior and exterior? I have Magnetic and was thinking about this color as well for the interior.
Question. How does the color hold up? I’ve wondered about how jeans wear on the seats? Do you get any “bleed” from the dyes in pants or jeans? The seats are made by Katzskin and the door panels are the same material...just done by the yard...color has held fantastically over the year I have had it. No bleeding from dyes, and I wear jeans on a regular basis. As long as I keep the car out of direct sun and keep using my sun shield during the summer months, I know this interior will hold for a long time
One thing I do suggest is look closely at the door panel and notice the stitching...make sure your interior guy does what mine did with the double stitching around the panel and on the lower part of the arm rest to avoid peeling.
