Will a tune revision be required for this? I'm doing my own mild port job, so before anyone tells me its not worth paying to have the stock TB and Mani ported.

If anyone has done the TB, is it even worth it?

This is on a 2018 A10, bolt ons/e85

Don't bother with the TB, it won't make any difference in power and is only going to make it tougher to drive unless you tune for it. Which then goes back to your first question...if you port the TB you are going to have funky driving and would need an adjustment simply from a driveability standpoint. But the manifold porting won't require a tune.

You're not changing the MAF size, and you still have functioning o2 sensors. Between those 2 and a host of other sensors, the PCM will be able to adjust for the slight increase in airflow.

I had my stock throttle body ported to 85 mm by maxbore.com. Didn't require a tune, no drivability issues at all, throttle felt more responsive afterwards. Not sure about any HP gain but it is definitely bigger, the blade thinner, it wasn't cheap though ($185.00).

Bumping this to see if anyone else can chime in on the additional tune required when going from a stock 18 manifold to a ported 18 manifold.
