Plug and play Mach 1 style upper grill lights - do they exist?

Does anyone know of any plug and play mach 1 style grill lights? I have been thinking about doing a mach 1 front end conversion on my car and I've seen that some companies like Tripple7 offer additional aftermarket grill lights to give that old school mustang look. I like the idea, but want to avoid cutting, splicing, saudering, etc, my wiring harness if possible.

I've also seen companies like Diode Dynamics make an upgraded turn signal housing with additional DRLs that get power from a single wire that plugs into the factory harness.

Is there a product that combines the two or am I stuck with buying a doner harness?

I've seen some MACH1 style grilles with lights on American Muscle.

I've seen those on there but pretty much all of them require a T-splice into the factory harness
