Diode Dynamic Fog lights Issue!!??

Has any one else had this issue? This is the 2nd pair I’ve gotten. Both first and this pair giving the same issue within 6 months… they’re going to send me a 3rd pair under warranty but id still like to know what’s the issue because I find it very odd and both brand new sets has had the same issue within a small time frame … now I keep getting high beamed from upcoming traffic because of they think I’m “flickering” them on purpose.

I dunno. Did a quick Google search and came across this. But why would they not recommend these for your issue?

So they work fine for a while and then start flickering after a few months? Both sides are flickering or just one side... have you tried swapping the light to the opposite side's plug to see if it still flickers?

Looks like classic led failure to me.

Yes, I had that issue on one of mine after about 13 months. DD warrantied it and I'm about nine months out and no more issues.

DD has always been good about warranty replacements when it's been needed, in my experience.

When I first got them installed, they worked perfectly fine. Then after a few months, 1 bulb gave out. Then the rest started flickering and yes both sides do it but the passenger is WAY worse. The driver side is just 1 bulb flickering. And yes DD customer service is great with the replacements. It’s just frustrating that I have to deal with it in the first place. My new ones are being “built” right now and should ship out late March, but I really don’t want it to happen again..
