I picked this one up a few months back from the DVLA, can't remember exact price but it was around the £500 mark.

Be careful with national numbers, they had a plate (SNM 805S) that i really liked the look of turns out they wanted £400 off me as a non-refundable deposit and they 'may' be able to get the plate to go up for auction because it wasn't scheduled for auction, but if i paid the deposit, they would 'try to' get it on auction - seemed very sketch and the people on the phones were VERY pushy, which I didn't take too kindly too.

DVLA site may come up as more as it includes the tax/vat and then registration fee's for the vehicle, other sites don't show this :)
Yes just put this up as it seems to be a better SEARCH ENGINE than the DVLA site... But you are right from experience there are a few monkeys out there!

You have got to bear in mind that very few plates are actually owned by these companies..:paddle:

Clean, red outline is weird unless car is red, would avoid the great Britain marker too, just have them flush with the plate number, and border.

Been looking for a plate for sometime now but can't decide to go for a mustang ish configuration or my name initials. i have a work one related for my pick up , 2 bike model related ones. So my name, initials or Stang related ? Any thoughts or not to bother ?
Personally, I went with a Stang related plate for the Stang, & I've kept my nickname related plate on retention. The Stang plate will always stay with the car, I think it enhances the look of it now, & if I ever sell it on (very unlikely) then it will enhance it's resale value. It's a win / win in my book, but each to his own.
