That the unlimited stretches of the autobahn exist at all is reason enough for Ford to give all of their European-export trims equipment suitable for whatever speed they are capable of attaining. What does TUV require for imports to the German market?Again - it all makes no sense. Bigger brakes ? Because of autobahn ? And how may more countries have highways with no speed limits - like _some_ of them in Germany ? Everybody got hung up with autobahns, most if not all other countries do have speed limits on their highway and difference to US speed limits is essentially irrelevant.
At the end, could care less, everybody can but whatever he/she wants and in Europe there isn't really a choice, just bring on some explanation that make at least little engineering sense.
Btw - I lived in Europe and drove on their highways for almost 30 years. Picked wrong person to teach about autobahns...
