pbd no lift shift?

so i have searched and cant quite find an exact answer when it comes to pbd and no lift shift, just curious if any one knows if it is always built into their tune or you have to ask for it if they even do it. I will be emailing them but just wasn't sure if anyone had an answer since they are closed today.
