It depends on the can you have. We have a kit for the Vortech which mounts it on the driver side by the air box.
The boost specific catch cans made by UPR are great, I highly recommend looking into those. I'm running one in my car, it works much better than breathers. Also make sure you vent the passenger side breather when boosting these cars.
this is what we recommend for the paxton cars,

as vortech and paxton's largest dealer, we have had a ton of customer use these with great success

Curious, Sean at Lethal mentioned “boost specific”, what makes a can special for boost vs. NA? I have the UPR Procharger setup and wanted to open the can to see what’s inside, but if I recall the UPR instructions said not to disassemble the can so I didn’t.

How is a can better than breathers???
I happened to pick mine up a year a little over a year ago, its a breather catch can. So I just really liked the dual functionality and the cleaner setup over the breathers.

Bartly, I just meant their catch cans they make that are designed for specific boost applications.

Well instead of blowing the oil and crap all over the engine bay you catch it in a can and do something with it
Better than the intake... Oil always migrated to the intake somehow with my old can (when I was n/a). Don’t trust em

I know this may be a dumb question so try not to beat me up to bad lol but I have the UPR oil separator (the big can that sits on the passenger side right beside the radiator) and I wanted to know if I can still use that catch can for my vortech setup? Just buy some longer hoses. I'd hate to pay 350 for something I already have. I think I paid 200 for the one I have now. Thanks
